These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Menami platform operated by Menami Technologies, Inc. ("Menami," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Menami provides an AI-powered platform for restaurants that includes website generation, online ordering, customer communication, and marketing tools. Our platform connects restaurants with their customers through web, WhatsApp, and other channels.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments and Fees

Payments on the Menami platform are processed through Stripe Connect. By using our ordering features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Menami charges a platform fee on transactions processed through our platform. All fees are disclosed before you complete your account setup.

4. Restaurant Content

Restaurant owners retain ownership of their content (menus, images, descriptions). By using our platform, you grant Menami a license to display, distribute, and optimize this content for the purpose of operating the platform and generating your restaurant website.

5. AI-Generated Content

Menami uses artificial intelligence to generate website content, marketing materials, and customer communications. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Upload malicious code or content
• Misrepresent your restaurant or menu information

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us at christian@getmenami.com. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
