Menami is operated by Creators and Makers, Inc. (United States) and Lori Collection SAPI de CV (Mexico), collectively referred to as "Menami," "we," "us," or "our." We operate the Menami platform at getmenami.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and restaurant details when you create an account. We also collect order data and order history to provide and improve our services.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. using Stripe Connect. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

3. Communications

We use Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API to facilitate messaging between restaurants and their customers. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We also use Resend to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and account notifications.

SMS / Text Messaging

We use Twilio to send and receive SMS text messages. When you opt in to our SMS service, by texting our number directly or by submitting your phone number at getmenami.com/sms-signup, we collect your phone number to send you personalized restaurant recommendations, booking confirmations, reservation alerts, and promotional messages.

• Data collected: Phone number, message content, opt-in/opt-out status.
• Purpose: To deliver the SMS service you requested, including restaurant recommendations, order confirmations, and reservation alerts.
• Sharing: Your phone number is shared with Twilio (our SMS provider) solely for message delivery. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and preferences.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or email christian@getmenami.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Authentication

We offer sign-in through Google OAuth. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

5. Error Monitoring

We use Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring. Sentry may collect technical data such as device type, browser version, and error logs to help us identify and fix issues.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
