Menami Technologies, Inc. respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your data at any time by following the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to christian@getmenami.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your name or restaurant name

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

What Gets Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• Order data and history
• Restaurant profile and content
• Communication history

Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax and accounting purposes).
